We raise a medium-sized flock on pasture in western Loudoun County. The sheep live outdoors, rotationally graze, and are finished on all-natural feed. We eat what we raise.
Lamb is USDA inspected and processed for restaurant resale, then vacuum packed.
We work with a small number of local kitchens. Samples — typically ground lamb and chops — can be dropped off by arrangement.

Our sheep and goats graze some of the oldest pastures in Western Loudoun County. We plant soil enriching organic and non-GMO cover crops in our fields to add valuable nutrients. Nurturing and restoring soil health, is a vital first step to ensure our sheep and goats are healthy and happy. This focus on the soil micro-biology takes extra work and effort, but the results are worth it. Our livestock rotationally graze our pastures to ensure their health and to do their part in fertilizing the fields.
